Academic Program
At the secondary level students are prepared for the school Leaving Certificate (S.L.C) Examination. The school follows the texts & syllabus prescribed and recommended by the concerned government department / agency.
Moreover, in order to enhance its academic standards, the school makes use of additional books and other educational materials to supplement the prescribed texts. The broad spectrum of core subjects include both Nepali & English languages, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Accounts, Health, Population & Environment, Computer, Drawing, Music, Yoga, Dance, General Knowledge, Moral Education etc constitute minor subjects in lower secondary level. The school conducts three examinations during the academic session : two terminal examinations and one annual examination to monitor and assess the progress of the students and to determine their suitability for class upgrading at the end of the session. In between the terminal & annual examinations six monthly tests are conducted in addition to regular class assignments by the subject teachers. There will be teachers-parents meeting after every examination on results day to discuss about students' progress or lack of it, with the parents/guardians.
At the higher secondary level, + 2, S.L.C. graduates securing at least second division marks can choose anyone stream in commerce, science and humanities with the following combination of subjects :

On successful completion of one academic year in the school, students of both class XI & XII will appear in the annual examination conducted by Higher Secondary Education Board. Prior to the annual examinations, two terminal examinations and one send-up examination are conducted by the school. Students must pass the send-up examination to be eligible to sit for the annual board examination.
Students' progress report of both primary, lower secondary, secondary and higher secondary, +2 are sent to their parents/guardians at the end of each terminal examination. Parents/guardians, however, are required to visit the school personally to collect the progress report after each examination.
COMPUTER
Students from class IV onwards are taught computer as a regular part of the curriculum. The computer course at the lower secondary & secondary level will introduce the students to the world of computer science. In today's technologically advanced world, knowledge of computer basics is absolutely essential in all areas. Students of higher secondary level are, however, offered advanced course in computer science.
LIBRARY
Reading habit occupies an important place in learning process. Library plays a crucial role in promoting reading habits among the students. The school maintains a library cum reading room which comprises of text-books, reference books,newspapers,magazines and other useful and interesting reading materials. In addition to lending of books for home study. Secondary level students are also regularly taken to the library for guided self-study. The library provides for an audio-visual section, and documentary/children's films are shown to the students at regular intervals.
