Reward Programme 2070 for Best Performing Teachers and Students

In S.L.C. written examination, all students getting 95%, 90%, 85% or 80% in both Compulsory and Optional Mathematics; 80%, 76%, 73% or 70% marks in Optional English, Social Studies and Nepali; and practical based subjects- Compulsory Science, Comp. English, Health Population & Environment with 75 as full marks in written exam, as 65%, 62%, 59% and 56% and with 50 as full marks Computer Science as 47%, 45%, 42% and 40% respectively. Any teacher able to make his/her students to score as above, would be entitled to receive Rs. 100,000/- plus 4 grades, Rs. 75,000/- plus 3 grades, Rs. 50,000/- plus 2 grades and Rs. 25,000/- plus 1 grade respectively.

If all students obtain distinction marks in S.L.C. exam, all teachers would get 15% of basic salary, for 90% students passing with distinction marks 10% and for 85% passing with distinction marks, 5% of monthly basic salary would be enjoyed by the teachers for the whole year as motivation.

In S.L.C. Examination, students obtaining percentages as 92.5%, 90%, 85% or 80% and above will be entitled to be rewarded with certificates and medals consisting of 1 tola gold, 5 tola silver, 3 tola silver, 2 tola silver respectively.
